Forward Resources and Construction Sdn. Bhd. (FRC or the Company) was incorporated in 1993 and ventured into its current principal business in 2005. FRC is a single-source specialist that provides Outside Plant (OSP) and Civil & Mechanical Engineering (CME) services to the telecommunications industry in Malaysia. The Company delivers the solutions based on thorough understanding of its client’s requirements, applying appropriate technology and proven processes to develop custom-tailored network infrastructure.

MR LEAN KOCK KIANG – DIRECTOR

Mr Lean Kock Kiang, is the Founder and Managing Director of FRC. He is responsible for charting and overseeing the overall strategic direction and management of the Company.

Mr Lean started off the business by setting up FRC in 1993 and carried out general civil infrastructure and construction works for factories and commercial buildings for the private sector as a sub-contractor. Mr Lean began pursuing the possibility of servicing the mobile network operators as a subcontractor between 2005 and 2008 and subsequently becoming a comprehensive OSP service provider to the mobile network operators in Malaysia as they sought to expand their network cable and infrastructure networks in Malaysia.

MR YEW CHEA CHEONG – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr Yew Chea Cheong, is the Chief Operating Officer of FRC. He is in charge of managing and overseeing the overall operation and execution of on‐going projects of the Company.

Mr Yew started off his career with Sediabena Sdn Bhd, an engineering and building firm which provides products and services relating to construction, design, build fabrication and architecture as a Trainee Project Engineer in 2002. He was then promoted to its Project Engineer in 2004, Project Manager in 2005, General Manager in 2007 and subsequently Project Director in 2010. As Project Director, he was responsible for the overall operation of the company in the Middle East. He then joined FRC in 2013 as the Chief Operating Officer.
