Mr. Chan possesses extensive experience in accounting, finance, auditing, and corporate management across multiple international companies and professional firms. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cuprina Holdings (Cayman) Limited, a position he has held since February 2022. In this role, he oversees the Group’s finance, tax, and risk management functions, as well as corporate compliance and secretarial affairs. Notably, he successfully led the completion of the Company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq Capital Market in April 2025. Prior to joining Cuprina Holdings (Cayman) Limited, Mr. Chan served as Finance Manager at OEL (Holdings) Limited, a Singapore-based company listed on the SGX Catalist Market. Earlier in his career, he also held high-level positions within the audit divisions of PKF-CAP LLP, Ernst & Young LLP (Singapore), and Ernst & Young (Kuala Lumpur), where he gained extensive experience in auditing, financial reporting, and advisory services before transitioning into commercial and financial management roles.
