OUTSIDE PLANT SERVICES

Outside Plant services refer to installation and maintenance of fibre optic cables as well as related civil infrastructure works. Installation of fibre optic cables involves physical cabling and supporting civil infrastructure, such as conduits, fibre distribution frames or poles, and any associated hardware like fibre termination boxes and fibre distribution box closures, with the objective to create a link between a telecommunication network to its end users.

CIVIL & MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

Civil and mechanical engineering services refer to the construction of telecommunication towers. This involves constructing the foundation of the site and erecting steel structured telecommunication towers. A full telecommunication tower is a whole set of mechanical structures and electronic signal processing unit which is used to connect the end users via telecommunications.

STEEL STRUCTURAL WORK & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

The Company also carries out steel structural work, from the designing to choosing of materials from our certified suppliers, to the careful technological execution. The Company is also involved in construction services, mainly focusing on the construction of residential buildings. The scope covered by the Company includes earth work, construction of foundation, erection of buildings and the finishing of construction.

Forward Resources and Construction Sdn. Bhd. (FRC or the Company) was incorporated in 1993 and ventured into its current principal business in 2005. In July 2021, FRC becomes the subsidiary of HB Global Limited. FRC is a single-source specialist that provides Outside Plant (OSP) and Civil & Mechanical Engineering (CME) services to the telecommunications industry in Malaysia. The Company delivers the solutions based on thorough understanding of its client’s requirements, applying appropriate technology and proven processes to develop custom-tailored network infrastructure.
